Any customs, tax or import duties are charged once the product reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies and charges differ from country to country.
If you contact us with details of the product that you wish to purchase and the destination country, we will be pleased to email an estimate of the custom charges. Alternatively, you may want to contact your local customs office for a precise figure before placing an order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We will not be liable or responsible if such laws are broken.
All images contained within this site are copyright and must not be used without prior written consent. Please contact us if you seek to use any of our images or data.
Telephone orders cannot be accepted. Orders can only be placed via the Zorica Fine Art website.
After an order is received, we will email you acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not mean we have accepted your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to the product being no longer available or because of a price error on our site, we will advise by email, and immediately issue you with a full refund.
The contract between us will only be formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We do not store, rent, trade or share your details with any other company. We only use your personal information for the purpose of processing and keeping you informed of your order, or if you have joined our mailing list.

Colour & Sizes
The images on our site are as closely matched to the original product as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the images will always appear exactly the same colour on your computer or other devices.
The sizes given are as accurate as can be reasonably provided. However, dimensions should be viewed as a rough guide only.
All prices are in Pound Sterling. Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct. However, if we discover a product that you have ordered has been mispriced, we will inform you and give you the option of cancelling your order or proceeding at the correct price.
Liability & Refunds
All our products are bespoke, and no returns are accepted. However, if your product is damaged in transit, please email us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and any other details you consider relevant. Please make it clear when you sign for the delivery that the package was 'damaged'.
We will send a replacement if the product you ordered is still available. A full refund will be given if we are unable to replace the product.
